From August 1 to 3, Wang Jianfen, a Deputy-Bureau-Director level leader of Hebei Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, and the deputy secretary-general of the Secretariat of the Executive Committee of China International Digital Economy Expo, and Zhan Peng, deputy mayor of Shijiazhuang Municipal Government, led staff members of the secretariat and key areas in Shijiazhuang to Beijing to promote investment for China International Digital Economy Expo 2022 and push forward Shijiazhuang Hi-tech Zone, Zhengding Hi-tech Zone, and Luquan District to carry out matchmaking cooperation with well-known enterprises in the field of digital economy within China and beyond.

Wang Jianfen and his delegation visited Beijing Capital Agribusiness Group, Jutongda Technology Co., Ltd. and other domestic well-known enterprises in the digital economy, and had a discussion and exchange with China International Association for Promotion of Science and Technology, China Association of Communication Enterprises, Minsheng E-commerce and other national professional organizations on the transformation of innovation achievements and cooperation in industrial technology projects. A symposium was held with the participation of key international companies such as Google, General Electric, Precisionmedcare of the United States, Invamed-RD Global, and Unitree Robotics.

At the symposium of key international enterprises, Wang Jianfen introduced the first two sessions of China International Digital Economy Expo, and publicized the six opportunities and advantages of Hebei's development. The China International Digital Economy Expo is a national exhibition approved by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council, and efforts are being made to build the most characteristic comprehensive international platform integrating "conference, exhibition and contest + experience + release + connection". It is hoped that well-known international and domestic enterprises and institutions can deeply participate in China International Digital Economy Expo 2022, seize the opportunity and take advantage of such major opportunities as the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region, the construction and development of Xiong'an New Area, the construction of a maritime power, the development of digital economy, the green and low-carbon development, and the infrastructure construction to deeply connect with characteristic industries, widely expand application scenarios, and form new competitive advantages in digital industrialization and industry digitalization. Leading Comrades of Shijiazhuang High-tech Zone, Zhengding High-tech Zone and Luquan District promoted the areas and connected the projects by focusing on their industrial advantages, and had in-depth exchange of precise cooperation in fields such as bio-medicine, intelligent robot, metaverse and smart parks.
